§ About · Vol I
Andrew Fullen
Founder of Fullen Global. Operator, partner, and patient capital for a small handful of companies — most of them quiet, a few of them not yet.
I have spent most of my career making things — companies, brands, software, the occasional piece of writing — and most of my career trying to figure out what makes one of them last and another not. The honest answer, after a while, was that I did not know yet. So I built a structure to keep finding out.
Fullen Global is that structure. It is a small partnership — a place where a handful of companies are paid attention to, supported through the unglamorous middle of their lives. Some I started. Some I joined. Some I helped fund and never let go of. Some I work alongside in arrangements that don't fit a tidy label. The role is different in each case; the level of care is not.
What I am most interested in, today, is the quiet compounding of craft — what happens when a small team with strong taste does the same kind of work, in roughly the same direction, for a long time. It is unfashionable and unkillable. I would like to find more of it.
If that sounds like the company you are building, I would like to hear from you.
