Exact is an AI-native creative studio cofounded by Joni Dobrov, Nick Ferry, and Andrew Fullen — three operators across creative, production, and technology who built the studio at the intersection of cinematic storytelling, brand campaigns, and modern software. Joni leads creative as Chief Creative Officer; Nick runs strategy and production; Andrew owns product and technology. Behind the founding team is a senior bench across visual development, post-production, VFX, audio, narrative, and engineering.

The studio's premise is straightforward: human creativity, at machine speed. Cinematic campaigns and content systems for brands, agencies, and studios — built using AI workflows guided by human creative direction. Not automation replacing creativity. Creativity amplified by better systems.

Exact's work spans three disciplines — AI Production, Studio, and Web Platforms — and serves three audiences: brands launching campaigns and scaling content, agencies extending their creative execution without increasing internal overhead, and studios developing trailers, concepts, and visual worlds. Recent work includes campaign production for HOYA, the global eyewear brand, alongside engagements in beauty, automotive, beverage, narrative film, and fragrance.

Fullen Global's relationship to Exact is foundational: Andrew is one of the three cofounders, and the studio operates as our most active engagement on the creative-production side. We help with the things partnerships are good at — capacity, capital, taste, and the stubborn work of saying no to the wrong opportunities so the right ones have room. The studio's calendar is full this year, which is the right kind of problem.
