Addicted is the consumer brand we've been the most patient about. The thesis is simple — that a well-trodden category is overdue for a more considered entrant — and the work is the unsexy kind: brand system, product specification, supply, packaging, and the quiet sequencing of a launch that does not announce itself before it is ready.
