Topshell is the kind of company that almost never gets written about — a quietly excellent operator in a corner of American industry that everyone uses and almost nobody thinks about. We invested the year the team began modernizing the digital infrastructure of an already-mature business.

Our role is capital, counsel, and the occasional second pair of eyes on brand. The work continues.
